Meet Cheri Cope

Cheri began her career as a mental health counselor and has used this education and experience along with her passion for sports and achievement-oriented pursuits to develop her continued education, career and business. Cheri brings a unique specialization to her solo-entrepreneurial business, Athletic Mind, LLC with a Post-Master’s Certification in Sport Psychology and a RYT 500hr Yoga Teaching Certification. Her coaching services include helping individual athletes, teams and businesses in the areas of motivation and performance achievement and to those who are in career and life transitions. Cheri’s dynamic approach to educate and inspire others have led naturally to Keynote speaking, instructional workshops and her Yoga teaching. Cheri’s multi-faceted business has expanded and grown through the years to provide her clients with the knowledge and tools to be empowered and manifest the underlying talents and abilities that lead to realizing truest potential and success.

A fusion of yoga along with high interval intensity training.  You will get a great sweat with short bursts of energy with dynamic movements integrated along with the wonderful benefits of yoga such as stretching and deep breathing.  This is an all-levels class.

Strengthen Yoga at Coda Yoga Studio.

A fun and sweaty practice that incorporates strengthening and conditioning poses and sequences to build strength and stamina.  Core work and small weights are frequently utilized in this class.

Tuesday Evenings at 6pm

Vinyasa Flow – at Coda Yoga Studio

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic practice where we connect movement and breath by sequencing together postures (asanas) in a creative way meant to teach correct alignment while challenging the body.
Sign up for either the in-person or Zoom class.  (The Zoom class is recorded and available for up to 48hours after class time.)

Fall 2021 Stone Bank Farm Yoga Classes:

I am excited to be teaching again this summer at a very special venue, Stone Bank Farm Market.  In a vintage barn overlooking the most gorgeous views of the farmland, you will be immersed in the moment and enjoy all the benefits of yoga.  These popular classes are limited to 20 people so sign up to 2 weeks in advance to ensure your spot!
