Meet Cheri Cope

Cheri Cope, MS, RYT 500 is a Master’s Certified Sport Psychology Consultant and a 500 hr Certified Yoga Teacher. She has been the solo owner of her Performance & Life Coaching business for over 15 years providing individual and group education to those interested in learning skills to uplevel personal, athletic, and professional aspirations.

Cheri has always been a seeker for understanding how the mind works and integrating the mind/body connection to assist her clients and students in discovering and achieving their highest potential. She believes that uniquely inherent gifts within each of us are just waiting to be ignited and align us with our personal power.

Strengthening Upper Body and Core

A 20-minute strengthening class that will work your arms, shoulders, and core. Some standing poses emphasize core stability and movement. A great practice for days when you would like to focus on your upper body or are short on time.

Energizing Yoga Flow at Best Self Studio in Hartland.

A full-body Vinyasa yoga flow. This energizing flow links breath with movement to help you feel mindfully present. Expect invigorating and dynamic yoga sequencing that moves fluidly to promote strength & mobility. This yoga practice increases body awareness and confidence and leaves you enlivened and ready to take on the day!   ALL LEVELS WELCOME.

Tuesday Evenings at 6 pm

Evening Yoga Flow – at Best Self Studio in Hartland – All levels

This yoga class focuses on body awareness in yoga postures (asanas), linking breath with movement, and feeling mindfully connected from within.   This class is designed to melt away tension from the day while increasing strength and flexibility. We complete this full-body practice with lovely stretches and grounding poses to leave you relaxed to wind down for the evening. ALL LEVELS WELCOME.
