Meet Cheri Cope

Cheri Cope, MS, RYT 500 is a Master’s Certified Sport Psychology Consultant and a 500 hr Certified Yoga Teacher.  She is the solo-owner of her Performance & Life Coaching business for over 15 years and the new owner of Evolve, A Community Space for Mind & Body in Hartland, Wisconsin.

Cheri has always been a seeker for understanding how the mind works and integrating the mind/body connection to assist her clients and students discover and achieve their highest potential. Her belief is that there are uniquely inherent gifts within each of us that are just waiting to be ignited and align us with our personal power.

Evolve, A Community Space for Mind & Body, is a new and fresh concept for mind/body studio space located in Lake Country! Evolve studio is a place where our valued teachers, students, and community come together to practice and teach to inspire and create healthier minds, bodies, and spirits.  Teachers, Groups, and Entrepreneurs are invited to use this space to offer their knowledge, gifts and passions as classes, workshops, or a gathering space for their group.

Low Back Love!

This class is designed to release tension and lower back pain by stretching and strengthening the muscles associated with this particular area of the body. Mobility, flow, and ease will be greatly improved with this practice.

Suggested props: A block and a blanket or towel.

Power Yoga at Evolve Studio in Hartland.  Level 2

A fun and sweaty practice that incorporates strengthening and conditioning poses and sequences to build strength and stamina.  Core work and small weights are frequently utilized in this class.

Tuesday Evenings at 6pm

Vinyasa Flow – at Evolve Studio in Hartland – All levels

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic practice where we connect movement and breath by sequencing together postures (asanas) in a creative way meant to teach correct alignment while challenging the body.
Sign up for either the in-person or Zoom class.  (The Zoom class is recorded and available for up to 3 days after class time.)
