Yoga Classes for February!
My son and his friend rocking the yoga moves this past Sunday at On Point Fitness Club! This class is perfect for athletes and those who would like to improve flexibility and core strength. Not to mention the mental stamina and focus that yoga enhances as well! Join me on Sundays at 12pm – Yoga for Performance, for this class at On Point in Hartland.

Thursday, Feb. 15th – Power Flow 60 at 8:15am & Chakra Flow at 9:30am @ Coda Yoga in Hartland.
Wednesday, Feb. 21st – Slow Burn at 9am @ Soleil Lune Yoga Center in Oconomowoc.

- Mondays at 8:15 – Power Flow 60 & Yin/Yang Flow at 9:30am (75mins) both classes @ Coda Yoga.
- Tuesdays at 9am – Yin/Yang Flow @ Soleil Lune Yoga Center.
