Cheri has always been drawn to the fascinating dynamics of how the mind and the body work together and how this mind/body connection powers our ability to achieve our highest potential. Cheri is a RYT 500hr Certified Yoga Teacher.  Cheri views Yoga as an essential part of a complete mind/body practice. As a yoga teacher, Cheri helps others access the elements of yoga that strengthen us physically along with greater mental clarity and contentment. She works to synthesize Yoga philosophy with the mental conditioning aspects and tools that she teaches. Cheri sees yoga as a vehicle to enhance her students’ mental focus, surpass personal limits, aide in the ability to withstand pressure and distractions, as well as help one gain an overall deeper understanding of themselves.

Working individually or presented to groups in the form of workshops/clinics, Cheri has integrated mental conditioning tools along with the practice of yoga with great success! Clients have benefitted from Cheri’s expertise and intuitive nature at even greater levels through this unique and effective service.
