Here are two shorter videos that I have put together that you can either combine together or choose to practice separately.  These two classes are also great complements to add to any workout, bike, hike, or run!

Quick Core Power – 12 mins.
Hollow body core exercise – 2 sets of core work to do as a complement to your yoga practice, bike, run, or any workout. Repeat 2 times for that extra burn!
Hippy Flow – 20 mins.
A short yet deep release of tension and tightness in the hips. Stay close to the mat with no standing poses for a truly concentrated hip focus.
