• Saturday, Dec. 20th at 9 AM – Holiday & Winter Celebration Class ❄️

This Saturday’s class is donation-based, with all proceeds going to the wonderful Fluffy Dog Rescue.  Please see details below! 🐾💖

I’ll be in Colorado from Dec. 22nd through Jan. 18th, spending time with family and enjoying the mountain air. After I return, I’ll resume our weekly Tuesday morning and evening yoga classes.

Our first class back at the studio after the holiday break will be on Tuesday, Jan. 20th. I look forward to reconnecting, moving, and breathing together in the New Year! 🎆
