Yoga and Meditation videos are now on YouTube

Like most of us in this new reality of COVID-19, I feel it is important to do my part to share what I can to help us stay healthy in our bodies and minds. It is so important that we do all that we can to maintain calm and continue to be productive.
I currently have a Welcome Meditation and a 40-minute Fluid Flow for Calming the Mind posted on my channel. I will be posting a Restorative class by Friday of this week.
Look for a variety of classes: Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Conditioning and Stretching, Meditation and Breath practices. These classes will vary in length with some short and some longer.
The one thing I know to be true is that moving our bodies releases unwanted tension and energy so that we can live more freely. We are being quarantined with our interactions with others, but that does not mean we have to be hostages of our mind and body.
So let’s all support each other by encouraging our loved ones to engage in healthy activities! Every day there will be little fire drills to put out so our self-care is imperative to help us make the best choices possible. We will get through this, hopefully, with even more resilience and skills than we ever knew were possible. Have faith that we can do hard things and that we are creative and intelligent human beings who are resourceful and believe in humanity above all.
